OUR APPROACH
To optimize PureCo’s supply chain and logistics, Consult NTA developed an integrated, automated tracking system that streamlined shipment monitoring, order processing, and supplier coordination.
We built a Next.js-powered logistics dashboard integrated with real-time marine tracking, providing accurate shipment updates and reducing errors in logistics management. The system also automated purchase order workflows, reducing the need for manual processing and improving overall efficiency.
Additionally, we implemented email notifications and tracking alerts for suppliers and customers, ensuring better communication, reduced delays, and a smoother order fulfillment process.
