Del Prado House is a modern apartment complex located in Dana Point, California, offering luxury rental units with contemporary designs and premium amenities. Originally a classic surfer lodge, it has been transformed into a high end living space for tenants looking for a blend of coastal charm and modern convenience. With 26 units available for lease, the property owners needed an aggressive marketing push to attract tenants quickly and maximize occupancy rates.

OUR APPROACH
To meet the urgency of leasing all 26 units quickly, Consult NTA designed and executed a high-impact digital campaign anchored by a custom-built website. The site was created to showcase the property’s floor plans, amenities, and availability in a visually engaging and mobile-friendly format.
We implemented targeted digital advertising on social media and search platforms to reach qualified renters actively looking for housing in the area. At the same time, we produced professional-grade photography and video content to elevate the property’s visual appeal and strengthen its brand presence.
To streamline communication, we built an inquiry system that allowed interested renters to easily submit contact forms and schedule property tours—giving the leasing team a direct and efficient pipeline for lead follow-up and conversion.
